HT LOSS TIPS THAT ARE HELPFUL !!!!!

Loosing weight can be hectic,its not even can be it is very hectic but with these tips you can make it a lot easier
 .
  • Be mindful  :When you are mindful of what you eat u don`t eat out of boredom or eating just for the sake of eating.you eat cos you are are hungry,you rationalize the portion needed etc.When we eat concentrate,take your to chew and savor your meal cos studies shows that when we eat and savor our meals we tend to eat less
  • Eat your calories don`t drink them: Eating and drinking are two different sensation,calories from drinks add up quickly and does nothing to your appetite.so instead of frizzle drinks why not go for fruits and vegetables or add flavor to your water by adding fruit juice.
  • Plan ahead: Take time to plan your meals and don`t eat just whatever comes your way.Plan your meals to be balanced diets, when we plan it removes the mistake of  misjudgment when we are hungry that we opt for what is convenient than what is healthy.
  • Don`t skip meals:Skipping meals slows down body metabolism.if we don`t skip meals we wont get to starving point enabling us to make smarter choice and good portioning.
